Frequently Asked Questions

 

1. When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped on normal orders. Process begins Monday-Friday, (if you order on a Friday your order will begin to be processed on the following business day, which will be Monday).

Domestic Flat rate shipping is 5-7 business days depending on your location.

Domestic Express shipping is 2-3 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping is 7-10 business days depending on your location.

 

2. How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please ensure that you put the correct email address when ordering. Please check your spam folder, if you don't see your tracking number in your inbox. 

 

3. It's been more than 7 business days, where is my order?

If you have not received a tracking number, please email us at support@tressestreasure.com. If you do have a tracking number please contact the postal service.

 

4. Will I have to pay duties on top of my order total?

We are not responsible for any fees applied to international orders.

 

5. Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

No, we do not. All sales are final. 

 

6. Can I make changes to my order?

If you ordered from us and immediately realized you made a mistake (i.e. wrong length or wave pattern), you have 24 hours to let us know via email at support@tressestreasure.com. After 24 hours, it's too late to make any changes to your order. Please ensure that your are placing the right items in your cart before paying.
